Antidiscrimination Bill Dies in West Virginia
Legislation that
would have added sexual orientation as a protected
class to West Virginia’s civil rights laws
failed to make it to the house floor for a vote on
Monday, ending the latest journey for a bill that
passed a divided senate in March.
